Bon Appétit!

Bon Appétit! Mezzo-soprano Hailey McAvoy and pianist Bethany Pietroniro present a smorgasbord of American songs, including four recipes from Julia Child's La Bonne Cuisine, set to music by Leonard Bernstein. This "home-cooked" program also features folk songs arranged by Aaron Copland, little-known classics by George Hubbard Miller, and favorite gold-standards such as Rodgers' & Hammerstein's "Edelweiss." Come for the plum pudding and stay for familiar tunes and lyrics that warm the heart.

This concert is made possible in part with the generous support of Ridgeway Garden Center,  White Plains, and the Morano Group, LLC Mamaroneck.
