The women’s chamber choir directed by Marie Caruso returns to Downtown Music. In addition to its holiday concert, this wonderful group offers an annual spring concert as well which this year includes devotional songs of beauty and sorrow including pieces from the Codex Calixtinus and the Laudario di Cortona; Palestrina’s Magnificat; Michael McGlynn’s Pie Jesu.
