Our series of chamber music concerts by artists from the renowned Westchester Philharmonic continues with Krista Bennion Feeney, violin; Jessica Troy, viola; and John Feeney, double-bass, in a program to be announced.  Stay tuned for details!

This concert is made possible with the generous support of the Brian Wallach Agency, White Plains, New York.  Personal and Commercial Insurance since 1949.

Krista Bennion Feeney has been a member of the St. Luke’s Chamber Ensemble (serving for eight years as director of chamber music) and the Orchestra of St. Luke’s since 1983, where she performs frequently in the roles of concertmaster and violin soloist. She is the founding first violinist of the Serenade Orchestra and Quartet, playing music of the late-18th and early-19th centuries on historic instruments with original instrumental configurations.  Jessica Troy, violist with Westchester Philharmonic, has performed with the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra (San Francisco), Trinity Baroque Orchestra, New York City Opera, and Mark Morris Dance Group Chamber Ensemble, among others. She has recorded quartet tracks for Lou Reed and Ani DiFranco, performed on TV with Renée Fleming and Whitney Houston, and on film with David Byrne. John Feeney is principal double bass of the Orchestra of St. Luke’s, the American Classical Orchestra, and Opera Lafayette.  He is frequent guest with the Smithsonian Chamber Players, The Four Nations Ensemble, and Artek.  His 2010 world-premiere performance of Dragonetti’s Concerto in D with the American Classical Orchestra was hailed by The New York Times as “a skilled, passionate performance … played with flair.”
